Notice Regarding Termination of an Independent Contractor Relationship

Fantom Operations Ltd confirms that the independent contractor relationship between Matthew Madera and his contracting entity, with the Company, was terminated with effect from 13 July 2026.

Matthew Madera and his contracting entity are not authorized to represent, speak for, or act on behalf of the Company or the Sonic ecosystem, and hold no further role within it.

The Company is addressing all outstanding matters through the appropriate professional and legal channels and reserves all of its rights. It does not intend to comment further at this time.
